A few month back we gained Certified Advisor status with the world’s easiest online accounting system Xero. We’ve said it many times but Xero is a game changer when it comes to online accounting. We could go on forever about what’s great about Xero but our top three would be the following:

• Unlimited Users – Some accounting systems even today insist on charging per user. We believe (like Xero) that this approach is very dated and flawed. So with Xero you can have as many users assigned to the same company as you like. You can also restrict access on a per user basis as well.
• Available 24/7 from any computer with an internet connection – The world is embracing cloud computing so why not embrace it for your accounting system. Think of the business advantages of the data being in sync and available when you need it.
