I’m sure most people are familiar with Duncan Bannatyne. The video we’ve linked to below is a really interesting insight into what Duncan views as the most important elements of growing your business. He talks about the need to have good people in your business, how important it is that you have a product people want to buy. He also talks briefly about getting the structure of your business right and then finishes by expressing the importance of keeping your key suppliers on side.
